Tony Snelling
FRICSTony is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, having qualified in 1972, and comes from a valuation and agency background, having experience in both the residential and commercial sectors. He spent some years at a senior level at Hounslow Borough Council, involved in compulsory purchase and major commercial developments.
Tony joined Stanley Hicks in 2006 from Dunlop Haywards, having been based in the City office where he had been a Director for ten years. During his time in the City, Tony has represented major oil companies and large international organisations on property matters, as well as banks for which he undertook valuations for corporate lending purposes. He has focused on advising mainly charitable clients throughout the UK and Republic of Ireland, on a wide range of property ownership and disposal matters, on which he continues to concentrate within the practice.
