Michael Greensmith

Having qualified and gained experience in the Greater London Council, Mike progressed through private practice and joined a large multinational manufacturer, dealing with occupational issues arising from many and varied commercial uses throughout the UK as well as the management of properties within its staff pension fund.

Whilst working for a North American institution, he dealt with similar challenges plus development supervision of investment properties and the creation of corporate head offices in the UK and Republic of Ireland. Mike subsequently ran a property company for private investors, who also owned a large UK based insurance company.

Since joining Stanley Hicks in 1995, he has concentrated on the development of professional work in the commercial sector, and as the client's representative in circumstances where the management of change is required.
